Second Shift Fabrication Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop second-shift fabrication employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Monitor production schedules and labor allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, quality, scrap, downtime, and attendance.
- Utilize Odoo ERP to manage work orders and production reporting.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Materials teams.
- Coach employees through training, performance management, and development.
- Support inventory accuracy and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- 35 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experience in fabrication, welding, or powder coating preferred.
- ERP/MRP experience required; Odoo preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
