Fabrication Supervisor (2nd shift)

Essential Duties

Lead and direct hourly union personnel in fabrication operations
Assign work, train employees, and monitor quality and productivity
Enforce safety compliance and fostering a culture of zero incidents
Maintain accurate records, enforce work rules, and support morale
Cookordination workflow across departments to ensure efficient production
Recommend improvements in manufacturing methods and processes
Communicate effectively with engineering, other shifts, and leadership

Education/Qualifications

High school diploma or trade school diploma required; completion of an apprenticeship program or related post-secondary technical education preferred.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a setting similar to PCC.
3+ years in supervisory/management
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Basic welding (preferred)
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, blueprint reading, and workstations setup
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate clearly with employees at all levels
Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and build productive supervisor-employee relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to effectively supervise and lead associates in a union-represented environment while maintaining accountability, consistency, and respect.

Pay

$70,000 - $85,000 per hour
