SEC Reporting Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assess management's objectives and current reporting structure.
• Build and manage the overall resegmentation roadmap.
• Coordinate executive stakeholders and key workstreams.
• Provide weekly project status updates.
• Prepare the accounting position memo and related SEC reporting considerations.
• Guide management through historical recasting, disclosure updates, internal controls, and investor communication considerations.

Experience Requirements

• Extensive SEC reporting and U.S. GAAP technical expertise.
• Proven project management experience leading complex reporting initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive leadership.
• Availability for 2–3 trips to New York City over the next two months.
• Prior experience with resegmentation, recasting, and disclosure updates.

Pay

Rate: $80.00 to $125.00/hr (W2)

Schedule

Hybrid role with 2–3 trips total to lead workshops in New York, NY; work is primarily remote with occasional travel to New York City to facilitate workshops and leadership discussions; availability for 2–3 trips to NYC over the next two months.
