SEC Consultant

Responsibilities

• Perform a detailed review of external financial filings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Evaluate disclosures and financial statements for alignment with reporting requirements
• Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and technical accounting considerations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to incorporate feedback and finalize deliverables
• Support the preparation and refinement of reporting documentation as needed
• Ensure high-quality output within a compressed project timeline

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or SEC/external reporting
• Strong experience reviewing or preparing financial filings and disclosures
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements
• Able to work independently and manage a defined project scope
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in fast-paced or project-based environments preferred
