About the role
At Love’s, our seasonal team members work in a fast-paced environment and maintain clean places while providing fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers. Duties vary depending on business needs, so flexibility and teamwork skills are important. No experience is required—we will provide training.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast and friendly customer service, including processing transactions and assisting customers with product inquiries.
- Maintain facility cleanliness, including sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Ensure food safety standards for deli and fresh food products.
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws.
- Perform general customer service duties, such as helping customers find items and answering questions about products and services.
- Cross-train in other departments, including Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
