About the Role
At Love’s, our seasonal team members work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean and welcoming spaces while providing fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers. Duties may vary based on business needs, so flexibility and teamwork are essential. No prior experience is required—we provide training.
Responsibilities
- Perform general customer service duties, including assisting customers with finding items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions, offering additional sales opportunities, and adhering to all state and local laws.
- Ensure proper food safety conditions for fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology.
- Maintain cleanliness in your direct working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
- Cross-train in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles as needed.
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
