About the role

Store associate in Cheyenne, WY responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with product location and solutions, ensuring fast and friendly checkout, handling cash, engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating on the VOC survey, supporting omni‑channel processes (BOPIS, SFS), participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram activities, completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, supporting shrink and safety programs, adhering to SOPs and company policies, interacting respectfully with team members, and being cross‑trained in custom framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards.
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omni‑channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
