About the role

This is a temporary seasonal role at Cotton On, a global fashion and lifestyle retailer based in Australia. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating memorable and fun experiences for customers, collaborating with your team to achieve goals, and ensuring the store looks fresh and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable and fun experiences for every customer who visits the store.
• Collaborate with your team to smash goals and celebrate wins together.
• Maintain a clean and inviting store by merchandising and replenishing with care.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate to drive results as a team.
• Knowledge and understanding of basic retail principles like sales, stock, and service delivery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Physical requirements include moving around the store, lifting up to 50 pounds, squatting/kneeling, and using ladders safely.

Skills

Pay

The wage rate is $16.13 per hour.
