About the role

This is a temporary seasonal role as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Cotton On. As a Brand Ambassador, you will create memorable and fun experiences for customers while living and breathing the Cotton On values.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable and fun experiences for customers
• Leverage collaboration to drive results as a team
• Maintain a fresh and inviting store environment by merchandising and replenishing
• Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Communicate effectively, provide excellent customer service, and solve problems quickly
• Perform physical tasks such as moving around the store, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate to achieve results as a team
• Knowledge of basic retail principles including sales, stock, and service delivery
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Must be at least 16/18 years old to apply

Qualifications

• Physical requirements include moving around the store, lifting up to 50 pounds, squatting/kneeling, and using a ladder safely
