About the role

We're hiring Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team! As a Brand Ambassador, you'll create memorable and fun experiences for every customer. You'll live and breathe our values, championing our mission to make a positive difference in communities worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store environment by merchandising and replenishing products
• Collaborate with your team to achieve store goals and celebrate successes
• Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Communicate effectively, provide excellent customer service, and solve problems quickly

Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion
• Knowledge and ability to collaborate to drive results as a team
• Understanding of basic retail principles like sales, stock, and service delivery
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• At least 16/18 years old to apply

Qualifications

• Physical abilities to move around the store, lift up to 50 pounds, squat/kneel, and use ladders safely

Skills

• Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to achieve results
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
