About the role

This is a temporary seasonal role as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Cotton On. As a Brand Ambassador, you will create memorable and fun experiences for customers while living and breathing the Cotton On values.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable and fun experiences for customers
• Merchandise and replenish the store to keep it looking fresh and inviting
• Collaborate with your team to achieve goals and celebrate wins
• Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate to drive results as a team
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic retail principles such as sales, stock, and service delivery in stores
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Must be at least 16/18 years of age or older to apply

Qualifications

• Physical requirements include moving around the store, lifting up to 50 pounds, squatting/kneeling, and using ladders/stools safely

Pay
