Seasonal Sales Associate - Cotton On Patrick Henry Mall

About the role

This is a temporary seasonal role. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be a proud Brand Ambassador, creating memorable and fun experiences for every customer who walks through our doors. You will live and breathe the Cotton On values, championing our foundations to make a real, positive impact on communities worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable and fun experiences for customers
• Merchandise and replenish store to keep it looking fresh and inviting
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals and celebrate wins
• Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion
• Demonstrated knowledge / ability of collaboration to drive results as a team
• Demonstrated awareness and understanding of basic Retail principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Qualifications

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to squat/kneel to access under-storage bins
• Ability to use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely

Skills

• Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion
• Collaboration to drive results as a team
• Basic Retail principles (sales, stock, service delivery)
• Communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Fast-paced, ever-changing environment
