About the role

This is a temporary seasonal role at Cotton On, a global fashion and lifestyle retailer based in Australia. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating memorable and fun experiences for customers, collaborating with your team to achieve goals, and ensuring the store looks fresh and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fresh and inviting store by merchandising and replenishing with care.

Requirements

• Experience in Retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated knowledge or ability to collaborate to drive results as a team.
• Demonstrated awareness and understanding of basic Retail principles such as sales, stock, and service delivery in stores.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age to apply.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to squat/kneel and use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform safely.

Skills

• Experience in Retail, preferably in fast fashion.
• Collaboration to drive results as a team.
• Basic Retail principles such as sales, stock, and service delivery in stores.

Pay

$14.00 per hour for a part-time hourly paid position.
