About the role

This is a temporary seasonal role as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Cotton On. As a Brand Ambassador, you will create memorable and fun experiences for customers, live the Cotton On values, and collaborate to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable and fun experiences for customers
• Leverage the Cotton On values to make a positive impact on communities
• Maintain a fresh and inviting store by merchandising and replenishing
• Collaborate with your team to achieve goals and celebrate successes
• Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion
• Knowledge and ability to collaborate to drive results as a team
• Understanding of basic retail principles like sales, stock, and service delivery
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply

Qualifications

• Physical requirements: Move around the store, lift up to 50 pounds, squat/kneel, use ladders safely
• Skills: Communication, customer service, problem-solving, solid in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$14.00 per hour for a part-time hourly paid position.
