Seasonal Retail Stock & Fulfillment - The Woodlands

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing and shipping standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support to the store, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, handling markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handling bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 lb and occasionally up to 25 lb.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lb and occasionally up to 50 lb.

Pay

Hourly rate: $16.60 – $17.30 (varies by location and experience). Commission for most selling employees varies by merchandise: apparel, shoes, and accessories typically 3 % – 14.5 %; beauty and men’s fragrance roles typically 3 %.
