Position Information
This is a Temporary position working a professional development event onsite in Philadelphia on August 18 and 19, along with approximately 10-20 hours of paid, primarily asynchronous onboarding and training.
Compensation
- $550 per day on August 18 and 19
- Paid training at $25/hour
- Compensation may vary based on individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Experience, Education, and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree (graduate degree preferred) and at least 2 years of experience delivering successful professional development, training, and/ or consulting services (5 or more years preferred).
- Current or past teaching certification and experience teaching Math or ELA in an educational environment is strongly preferred.
- High degree of motivation, with demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, online meeting platform (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and database software.
- Ability to provide a current Fingerprint Clearance Card or provide proof of application within 7 days (upon hire).
- Must be able to work onsite in Philadelphia, PA August 18 and 19, and complete approximately 10-20 hours of onboarding and training prior to the event.
