Seasonal Product Dev Specialist - Seedway, LLC - Yuma, AZ

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Seedway sales teams, product managers, and supplier representatives to execute a comprehensive product development program.
• Aid in planning and implementing product evaluation strategies, including forecasting, trial placement, product testing, and new product introductions.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate trial results to Seedway sales teams, product managers, suppliers, and customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Travel throughout key vegetable production regions including Yuma, Arizona; Imperial Valley and Coachella Valley, California; and other approved locations.
• Identify opportunities to expand Seedway's market presence and support business growth initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and emerging agricultural technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication.
• Knowledge of agricultural practices and the vegetable production industry preferred.
