Seasonal Pick Pack Team Member

Working at QVC Group means joining a live social‑shopping company with Fortune 500 backing and four interactive Cornerstone brands (Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Grandin Road®, Garnet Hill®). The Pick Pack Team supports these brands at the West Chester, OH fulfillment center and reports to an Outbound Operations Supervisor. This position is onsite daily; relocation assistance is not available.

About the role

Pick Pack Team Members help the distribution center meet daily productivity standards, maintain positive peer relations, and pursue personal development goals. Both full‑time seasonal and part‑time seasonal opportunities are available with various start times.

Responsibilities

• Pick and process orders for shipment to the customer.
• Quality‑check all work to ensure correct SKU, color, size, and quantity.
• Follow and meet all accuracy and performance requirements.
• Identify inventory and process issues and present them to management for resolution.
• Properly fill out profiling change forms, stop signs, and truck‑maintenance forms.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Perform all other duties as directed by CSI Management.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience in a distribution or fulfillment‑center environment.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
• Team‑player attitude with flexibility to work in other areas of the operation as needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet performance standards.
