Responsibilities

• Support a guest-first culture across the store.
• Execute daily and weekly workloads to deliver on sales goals and business priorities.
• Provide exceptional guest service that makes guests say, "I LOVE TARGET!"
• Stock, set, and sell Target products.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Follow multi-step processes with attention to detail.

• Work both independently and with a team.
• Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance.
