As a seasonal team member, you’ll join a specialized sales force providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising, advocate for guest experience by welcoming and thanking guests, or ensure operations efficiency by keeping products in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. These roles support a guest‑first culture and help you build guest service fundamentals, retail business knowledge (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored product suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
• Stock, set, and sell Target products on the sales floor.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb up and down ladders to access merchandise.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Follow multi‑step processes with attention to detail.
