These roles can provide you with knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest‑first culture across the store, experience in retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement, and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
• Providing service to guests that makes them say “I LOVE TARGET!”.
• Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests.
• Being busy all day (especially on weekends) to make guests feel welcomed, inspired, and rewarded.
• Accurately handling cash register operations.
• Climbing up and down ladders.
• Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
