Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising.
  • Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations.
  • Ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
  • Stock, set, and sell Target products.
  • Maintain a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
  • Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
  • Follow multi‑step processes with attention to detail.
  • Accurately handle cash register operations.
  • Climb up and down ladders.
  • Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds.

  • Prefer active, non‑desk work (not Monday‑Friday computer‑only).
  • Possess a welcoming and helpful attitude.

  • Capable of working both independently and with a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
  • Ability to handle cash register operations.
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift/move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.25 USD per hour. Pay range: $16.25 – $24.40 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule required (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) with regular attendance.
