Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking) (T0766)

Seasonal roles include Specialty Sales consultants who provide tailored suggestions and visual merchandising, Service & Engagement advocates who welcome and exceed guest expectations, and General Merchandise & Food Sales experts who ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed. These positions offer meaningful experiences that build guest‑service fundamentals, retail business knowledge (department trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and the ability to execute daily/weekly workloads to support sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
• Providing guest service that inspires guests to say “I LOVE TARGET!”.
• Working efficiently as a team to deliver for guests, especially during busy weekends.
• Performing duties specific to roles such as Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, and Seasonal Tech Consultant.

Requirements

• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Skill to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
• Accurately handling cash register operations.
• Climbing up and down ladders.
• Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $19.25 USD per hour. From 09/20/2026 through 01/02/2027, non‑exempt team members receive a temporary additional $1 per hour on top of the existing $1 per hour shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours (potential total $20.25 plus shift differential).
