Seasonal Internship
Circuit Breaker Sales, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Seasonal Intern at our Lakeland, FL location. This full-time internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced industrial warehouse environment within the electrical industry.
About the role
As a Seasonal Intern, you will perform a wide range of general warehouse and production duties to facilitate efficient workflows and ensure seamless processing of customer order shipments. You will contribute directly to the quality and accuracy of our fulfillment processes as an integral part of our production team.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality to ensure all products meet CBS standards.
- Efficiently and safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Provide production support in processing equipment to ensure quality meets customer expectations.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse space to promote a safe and productive working environment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, packaging, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures, promptly reporting any safety concerns to supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production and operational updates.
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of all inventory transactions and shipment details.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 to 5 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Applicable electrical industry experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Demonstrated ability to lift up to 150 pounds frequently and up to 10 pounds continuously.

- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail in order fulfillment documentation.

- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Ability to coordinate with shipping carriers for outgoing shipment preparation.

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Pay
The salary range reflects the targeted base compensation for the role. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
