About the role

Serve As An OCC Seasonal HR Associate, And You Will Have The Opportunity To

• HR Seasonal Recruiter
  • Build a ministry aligned team to serve in the OCC processing center and take the love of Jesus to children around the world
• Recruit, interview, and hire individuals for specific processing center roles
• Build gospel partnerships with churches and like-minded organizations to create a pipeline of ready-to-hire candidates
• Ensure an excellent employee experience for all associate staff during OCC processing season

Responsibilities

• Guide seasonal associates through the onboarding process
• Avoid errors in I-9 forms for all new hires
• Review, validate and submit seasonal associate time records throughout the Operation Christmas Child project to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Complete quality control checklists for seasonal candidates
• Work with the Human Resources Support Project Supervisor to meet compliance guidelines
• Aid in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of OCC seasonal staff as needed

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, be eager to learn, and have a heart to serve in a hands-on ministry.

Benefits

This is a full-time (40+ hours per week including some Saturdays), seasonal commitment that runs from mid-August through mid-December.

Pay

$20.00+ per hour
