About the role

Serve As An OCC Seasonal HR Associate, And You Will Have The Opportunity To

  • HR Seasonal Recruiter
  • Build a ministry aligned team to serve in the OCC processing center and take the love of Jesus to children around the world

Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, and hire individuals for specific processing center roles

Build gospel partnerships with churches and like-minded organizations to create a pipeline of ready-to-hire candidates

Ensure an excellent employee experience for all associate staff during OCC processing season

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in handling phone calls and engaging in effective verbal communication
  • Self-motivated and excellent work ethic
  • Able to follow structured processes and keep accurate records
  • Able to learn quickly and work well in a team environment
  • High level of discernment

Benefits

Full-time (40+ hours per week including some Saturdays)

Seasonal commitment that runs from mid-August through mid-December
