About the role

Serve As An OCC Seasonal HR Associate, And You Will Have The Opportunity To HR Seasonal Recruiter Build a ministry aligned team to serve in the OCC processing center and take the love of Jesus to children around the world.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire individuals for specific processing center roles
• Build gospel partnerships with churches and like-minded organizations to create a pipeline of ready-to-hire candidates
• Ensure an excellent employee experience for all associate staff during OCC processing season
• Guide seasonal associates through the onboarding process
• Review, validate and submit seasonal associate time records throughout the Operation Christmas Child project to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Complete quality control checklists for seasonal candidates
• Aid in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of OCC seasonal staff as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Eager to learn
• Heart to serve in a hands-on ministry

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in handling phone calls and engaging in effective verbal communication
• Self-motivated and excellent work ethic
