• Superior customer service and communication skills
• A stable internet connection and a computer with a camera and microphone
• Licensed to work and reside in the United States
• Comfortable on video and have a quiet, professional workspace
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools
• Detail-oriented and don’t mind repetitive tasks
• Calm under pressure and able to manage stress effectively
• A team player who can also work independently
