Starting hourly rate: $15.00 USD per hour.

Schedule

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a helpful attitude and provide assistance throughout the store.
• Stock, set, and sell Target products, ensuring merchandise is accurately priced and signed.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Climb ladders, scan items, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting up to 40 lb.
• Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Maintain attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest‑first culture.
• Understanding of retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.
• Experience executing workload to meet business priorities and sales targets.
