About the role

Target is hiring seasonal specialists to provide tailored suggestions, active selling, and compelling visual merchandising. The positions focus on guest experience, product presentation, and operational efficiency across various departments such as Guest Advocacy, General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Style, Inbound, Food & Beverage, and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guest service and exceed guest expectations.
• Execute visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and drive sales.
• Maintain product placement, ensure items are in‑stock, accurately priced, and properly signed.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Support daily and weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals.

• Quickly resolve guest questions on the spot.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.50 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance required.
