Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles consist of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal Service & Engagement advocates welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales experts ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor to deliver a consistent guest experience. At Target we believe team members gain meaningful experiences that help them build skills for a career, including knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest‑first culture, understanding of retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency and improvement), and the ability to execute daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Stock, set, and sell Target products on the sales floor.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Climb up and down ladders as needed.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed.
• Execute daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

• Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $15.50 USD per hour.
