Pay

Starting hourly rate: $15.50 USD per hour.

About the role

Target is hiring seasonal specialty sales associates who provide tailored suggestions, active selling, and visual merchandising to inspire guests and increase basket size. Seasonal team members also focus on guest experience, ensuring products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

These roles give you exposure to guest‑service fundamentals, retail business basics (sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and the opportunity to execute daily and weekly workloads that support business priorities and sales goals.

Requirements

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Skill in resolving guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes
• Accurate cash register operation
• Comfort with climbing ladders, scanning, handling, and moving merchandise safely (frequently lifting or moving up to 40 lb)

Schedule

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance required.
