Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour.

Seasonal Roles

• Seasonal Specialty Sales: Specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual‑merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
• Seasonal Service & Engagement: Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: Experts of operations, process and efficiency who ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

Expectations

• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb up and down ladders safely.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) with regular attendance.
