Pay
Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour.
Schedule
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance is required.

What We Are Looking For
We’re a great match if you enjoy working in a fun, energetic environment, delivering excellent guest service, and thriving in a busy, team‑oriented setting. You should be comfortable stocking, setting, and selling products, especially on weekends, and be eager to learn through Target’s training programs.
Skills
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes
- Accurate cash register handling
- Climbing ladders, scanning, handling, and moving merchandise safely (frequently up to 40 lb)
