About the role
Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. Seasonal specialty sales roles involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising, while seasonal service & engagement advocates focus on guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal general merchandise & food sales experts ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Provide guest‑first service and create a welcoming environment.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and meet sales goals.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
- Climb up and down ladders as needed for merchandising.
- Perform visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests.
- Support inventory management, pricing, and signage on the sales floor.
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
Requirements

- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.

Pay
Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour.
Schedule
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; regular attendance required.
