About the Role

Working at Target means helping families discover the joy of everyday life. Seasonal specialty sales roles involve providing tailored suggestions, active selling, and visual‑merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal service & engagement advocates focus on guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal general merchandise & food sales experts ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guest‑first service, welcoming and thanking guests, and exceeding service expectations.
  • Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and achieve sales goals.
  • Stock, set, and sell Target products, including scanning, handling, and moving merchandise safely (up to 40 lb).
  • Accurately handle cash register operations.
  • Climb ladders and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Perform visual‑merchandising presentations that inspire guests.
