Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: A sales force of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal Service & Engagement: Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: Experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
- Accurately handling cash register operations.
- Climbing up and down ladders to access merchandise.
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Skill to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.

Pay
Starting hourly rate: $20.25 USD per hour.
Schedule
Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) with regular attendance required.
