Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual‑merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Support a guest‑first culture across the store.
• Apply retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Requirements

• Enjoy working in a fun and energetic environment.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team to deliver for guests.
• Passion for providing service that makes guests say “I LOVE TARGET!”
• Interest in stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
• Willingness to work busy periods, especially weekends.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance is required.
