Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour.

About the role

Target’s seasonal positions are focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience through active selling, visual merchandising, and efficient store operations. Roles include Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, and Seasonal Tech Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual‑merchandising presentations.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations, handling guest interactions and recoveries.
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and meet sales goals.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 lb.
• Climb ladders and perform other physical tasks as needed.
