Seasonal Groundskeeper

Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Seasonal Groundskeeper for our Goshen campus. This is a seasonal position with a commitment of at least 8 months (April-November), working up to 40 hours per week.

Duties

• Mowing, trimming, watering, planting, and general landscaping
• Caring for flowers, shrubs, trees, hedges, and lawns
• Assisting with irrigation, fertilizing, and seasonal grounds upkeep
• Operating grounds equipment and tools safely
• Maintaining clean and organized outdoor spaces
• Working independently or alongside the grounds team on various projects
• Assisting with winter snow removal as needed

Qualifications

• No experience required, we are willing to train the right person
• Valid drivers license required
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to safely perform physical work and operate equipment
• Strong communication skills and professionalism

Physical Requirements

This role involves physical outdoor work including lifting, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and working around landscaping equipment and machinery.
