About the Role

Seasonal Front of House Retail Team Member at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe, working within a dynamic team that offers a unique menu of scratch‑baked breads, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches. The position is part‑time (approximately 15 hours per week) and runs through the 2026 holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive customer service and suggest menu and gift items to guests.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal food‑handler and sanitation regulations.
• Assist other departments proactively, stepping in when needed.
• Work Saturdays when required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1 + year of customer service or retail experience (preferred but not required).
• Flexible schedule; ability to adapt to varying weekly shifts.
