Seasonal Gift Basket Maker

About the role

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is looking for an enthusiastic Seasonal Front of House Retail Team Member who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. You will work within a dynamic team offering a unique menu selection from scratch‑baked bread & pastries to soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients. This is a seasonal position ending after the 2026 holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to guests and confidently suggest meal & gift items to first‑time guests and returning regulars
• Work quickly, learn from mistakes, and look for opportunities to step in and help other departments even before being asked
• Maintain attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation standards
• Adapt to a flexible schedule that varies week to week based on customer traffic and time of year
• Work Saturdays when needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or retail experience (preferred but not required)
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Schedule

• Part‑time position averaging approximately 15 hours per week
• Saturdays are required when needed
