Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Rosedale Center

Job Overview

As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you will play an essential role in supporting store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Receive and organize merchandise
• Pick, pack, retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, and deliver them curbside to the customer
• Maintain alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders
• Help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently
• Play a key part in customer interactions - greeting shoppers warmly, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care

Essential Physical Requirements

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions
