Spend Your Season Where Others Come To Escape. Nestled in the heart of the North Georgia Mountains, Unicoi State Park & Lodge is seeking energetic, friendly, and service-focused individuals to join our Front Desk team for the season.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine Southern hospitality and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Aid with reservations, room assignments, special requests, and guest inquiries.
• Answer phones, process bookings, and provide information about the lodge, park, and local attractions.
• Help guests discover all the outdoor adventures and seasonal experiences Unicoi has to offer.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest accounts accurately.
• Work alongside a supportive team to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain professional standards while helping keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
• Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning reservation systems.
• Able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Dependable, flexible, and eager to be part of a team.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
