Seasonal, Entry Level HR Recruiter

Major Accountabilities / Essential Duties

• Aid the HR Team in recruiting a pool of applicants for open entry-level positions using various resources.
• Utilize applicant tracking tools to perform administrative tasks supporting timely hiring of qualified candidates.
• Scan, sort, and screen applicants within the Applicant Tracking system.
• Conduct multiple interviews daily to staff open requisitions for entry-level recruiting.
• Cook up and process pre-employment background checks, ensuring all required hiring documentation is completed.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, completing employment paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Host new hire orientation sessions, introducing employees to company policies, procedures, culture, and expectations.
• Assist with other various tasks as needed to support Human Resources and/or other departments during peak hiring seasons (March-October).

Qualifications

• Experience working with the public is required.
• Prior experience in a customer service type role is strongly preferred.
• Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook is required (school experience may count depending on classes).
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
