Seasonal Energy Advisor, Residential Energy

What You'll Do

• Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial qualification to contract execution
• Drive high-volume outreach and nurture leads to achieve conversion targets
• Perform system sizing and layout optimization
• Create compelling visual proposals (3-D renders, diagrams)
• Translate complex technical concepts into relatable value propositions
• Navigate customer concerns with confidence
• Provide actionable feedback on sales scripts, outreach strategies, and design tools
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets regarding pipeline activity, conversion rates, and throughput

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of full sales lifecycle or project management experience in a quota-driven environment (B2C preferred), proven track record of managing high-volume pipelines and meeting aggressive targets
• Strong understanding of residential solar, storage, and energy management ecosystems, ability to quickly master Tesla’s product suite and technical specifications
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical data to non-technical audiences
• High proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital design tools
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in residential solar/energy design or technical consulting
