What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial qualification to contract execution, drive high-volume outreach and nurture leads to achieve conversion targets
- Perform system sizing and layout optimization, create compelling visual proposals (3-D renders, diagrams) that clearly illustrate energy flows, savings, and system architecture
- Translate complex technical concepts into relatable value propositions, use clear analogies and visual aids to build trust and articulate long-term ROIC
- Collaborate seamlessly with Design, Engineering, Permitting, and Installation teams to resolve technical constraints and ensure accurate project hand-offs
- Navigate customer concerns with confidence, guiding them toward informed decisions to drive contract execution within defined service windows
- Provide actionable feedback on sales scripts, outreach strategies, and design tools to enhance team performance and product offerings
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets regarding pipeline activity, conversion rates, and throughput
What You'll Bring
- 1+ years of full sales lifecycle or project management experience in a quota-driven environment (B2C preferred), proven track record of managing high-volume pipelines and meeting aggressive targets
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson license through the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB)
- Strong understanding of residential solar, storage, and energy management ecosystems, ability to quickly master Tesla’s product suite and technical specifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical data to non-technical audiences
- High proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital design tools
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in residential solar/energy design or technical consulting
