About the role

Kendra Mitchell is Chief of Staff to the CEO at Walker-Miller Energy Services, serving as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. Tabice Ward serves as the Chief Information Officer, leading the Information Technology organization. Eric McDonald is the Chief Innovation & Infrastructure Officer, managing capital improvements and infrastructure development. Julie Hollensbe is the Executive Vice President, overseeing energy efficiency initiatives. Shalaya Morisette is the VP of Partnerships & Strategic Initiatives, driving federal diversity and economic opportunity programs. IV Blackwell is the Chief Financial Officer, and Brie Gutmann is the Director of Strategic Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Kendra Mitchell: Strategic advisor and operational partner to the CEO and senior leadership team; helps bring clarity to complex work, translate vision into action, and strengthen cross-functional alignment.
• Tabice Ward: Leads the Information Technology organization, guiding strategic technology direction, development, and future growth.
• Eric McDonald: Manages capital improvements and infrastructure development, including electric vehicle charging infrastructure and distributed energy resources.
• Julie Hollensbe: Oversees energy efficiency initiatives, including residential and income eligible efficiency portfolios, and develops and administers programs.
• Shalaya Morisette: Advances federal diversity and economic opportunity programs, fosters partnerships, and drives impactful change in clean energy through innovative policy, education, and community initiatives.
• IV Blackwell: Manages financial operations and oversees the company's financial health.
• Brie Gutmann: Leads strategic marketing efforts, building strong creative teams and delivering award-winning work for clients.
