Seasonal position starting Monday, 9/14/26 and ending Friday, 12/11/26 at our Gainesville, GA location. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent.
About the Role
Join our LTL (Less Than Truckload) Customer Service Team to support petroleum product movements from Mansfield’s supplier base to customers nationwide. You will communicate directly with a high-level customer in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Receive customer calls/emails using a pleasant and helpful approach
- Make outbound calls for customer setups
- Identify customer needs and problems, resolving them promptly either directly or by coordinating with other departments
- Maintain communication with the customer throughout the resolution process
- Transfer calls to the appropriate group when additional service is required
- Data Entry
- Enter orders into the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner
- Enter customer and site information for billing in the ERP system
- Logistics Coordination
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage LTL freight pickups and deliveries nationwide
- Follow up on tasks to ensure problems are resolved
- Organize resources for quick access to information
- Billing
- Run daily reports and analyze issues to proactively resolve pending transactions
- Research, identify, and resolve cost, tax, and data-related issues on invoices
- Collect, track, and reconcile vendor statements to prevent future invoicing problems
Requirements
- Formal Education & Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge & Experience
- At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in customer service, data entry, or billing
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software easily
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency (desired for billing tasks)

Work Environment
- 40-hour on-site work week (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)
- Sitting for extended periods while operating a computer keyboard, mouse, and other components
Pay
$20/hour
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (9/14/26 through 12/11/26)
