Customer Service Coordinator

Troy, Michigan | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

About the Role

Join HANSONS as a Customer Service Coordinator to help existing customers get the service they need after their home improvement project is complete. You'll communicate with customers, manage service requests, and coordinate technician schedules for window, roofing, siding, and gutter service. No home improvement experience is required—we'll train you on our products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to customer service requests
• Monitor service tickets and follow up with customers
• Schedule service technicians and appointments
• Coordinate technician schedules by geographic area
• Keep customers updated on the status of their service
• Help resolve customer questions and concerns
• Assist customers who contact or visit the office
• Learn our windows, roofing, siding, and gutter products to better assist customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of professional work experience
• Customer service or call center experience
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of these areas may be a plus:

• Customer service or call center/customer support
• Service coordination or appointment scheduling
• Dispatch or technician scheduling
• Customer follow-up
• Construction or installation services
• Home improvement experience (preferred but not required)

Schedule

• Full-Time | 40 hours per week
• Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Occasional overtime, evening, or weekend hours may be required to meet deadlines
